    As everyone headed to their classrooms, I headed into my cubicle to start designing the meetings I am doing my action research on. I have been very purposeful in looking at the content and matching up the processes, assessments, reflections, and protocols. It is like putting a puzzle together.

  2. I am not sure if this blogging is even relevant... no one seems to be on this...except for me...plus I have the individual blog that I am suppose to maintain...
    I have not posted these last few weeks because my focus has been on getting the school year started.
    ....but I have been still gathering information. The topic has still been on my mind. I am constantly looking for and finding information to help...whether a process to assess or a process to use. For example, I have been reviewing on how to have coaching conversations. I think this will help in facilitating the type of feedback I want from my focus group.
    This week I did review my objectives and action plan with my focus group. I explained my part and their part in my action plan. And I have put out my first round of questions to obtain their feedback to see what direction they feel we need to go as a group. As so the next stage begins...
